ココロのバランス

以前にも同じような内容を書いているかもしれませんが、多くの方が抱えて毎日を過ごしていることではないかと思うのでまた書きます。
仕事をするということはその大半がストレスとの戦いかもしれません。泉のアトリエに通って下さる生徒さんの中には、とても素敵なことにやりたいと希望した仕事につけて毎日がとても幸せ、もっと楽しむためにお花を習う、という方もいらっしゃいます。
でも、必ずしもそうばかりではなくて悩みながら毎日頑張っていらっしゃる方が多いことも事実です。そういった方に「ここにストレス解消に来ている」「ここに来て息抜きができる」「ここに来ることが楽しみ」と言っていただくとスクールを始めて良かったなぁと嬉しくなるのです。もちろん、「スクール」ですので技術を習いに意欲満々で来てくれたらますます嬉しいです。でも、みんながいつでも「習いに」行く「学びに」行く心境ではないだろうこともよく分かるので「息抜き」もありではないかと思うのです。そうして、ココロのバランスがとれていって健やかに「意欲満々に習いに」来てくれて毎日HAPPYになったらいいなあと。
みなさんが毎日を、人生を楽しむお手伝いができたら嬉しいなぁと思っています。泉のアトリエにはココロのバランスをとりに来ていいんですよ。
