情報の氾濫対策

最近、できるだけ意識的にニュース、テレビは見ないようにしています。特に、ネガティブなもの。
今までは、なんでも知っていないといけないような強迫観念にも似た気持ちがあって、新聞もニュースもなんでも情報は得ようとしていたのですがそれが自分自身に必ずしもプラスではないと思うようになったのです。
沢山の情報を得ることによって、実は私自身の本当の気持ちや直感のようなものがどんどん鈍っていってしまうように今は感じています。どんどん入ってくるガラクタにも似た情報によって、「自分自身」が埋もれていってしまう。自分自身が見えなくなってしまう。
自分自身の人生を歩いていくわけですから、自分自身の本当の姿、気持ちが見えないとわからなくなってしまいますよね。自分には関係のない情報に囲まれていたら、本当に自分に必要な情報がわからなくなってしまいます。情報って、そんなとっても大切なものを曇らせてしまうところがあると思うのです。
営業のお仕事なんかには新聞を読むことは必須かもしれません。でも、たまーにそんなあふれている情報を入れない日を作ってみては？不思議なことに、本当に自分の必要としている情報が自然に入ってきたりしますよ。
